I have been very pleased with this dealership but do have a concern about the maintenance department. I have brought my vehicle in for all maintenance and was taken back to learn my past inspections wer have a concern about the maintenance department. I have brought my vehicle in for all maintenance and was taken back to learn my past inspections were not thorough and was confronted with $7000 in costs for a routine maintenance required warning. The needed work involved things that should have easily been seen and were missed by past inspections. I was told inexperienced staff may not have been thorough during past inspections. Since my vehicle was a 2009 I chose to purchase a vehicle rather than have the repair work done. I have always taken my vehicle to the dealer for oil changes and maintenance to have confidence my vehicle was safe to drive. I definitely appreciated the thorough, patient and efficient attention I received this week from your service department (Ammar), sales ( Mr. Ball) and finance. (Bryan) and hopefully will be pleased when I take possession of the 2022 RAV4. Understandably in the future I will be more diligent to confirm maintenance checks are thorough and up to the standard I would hope Ed Martin Toyota requires. More
