From Tia with the internet team reaching out and me calling them and being given Jessica as a sales lady to Todd making contact on Saturday it was a wonderful experience. I had reached out to numerous dealerships and some of them I still have not received a price quote from over months ago. Please don't waste your time with other dealerships. Merchant Ford is the best. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Between explaining the cash back deals to taking videos of the car and making sure I was taken care of the whole time.
