Getting an appointment was easy. Amber was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Ron and Amber came out to explain what was wrong with the car and provided me with options. Amber was wonderful to work with. This was my first experience with the Otto Service Department. From the moment I scheduled my appointment online til the moment I walked out the door to my shiny clean car, everything was handled professionally. I received multiple texts from the system with reminders and information of what to do once I arrived. Amber was waiting to greet me as I opened my door, a quick and friendly information exchange and I was off to the waiting room for a cup of coffee and a little remote work on my laptop.
