Trying to get the Service department on the phone is nearly impossible; I got “disconnected “ more times than I could count. Even when I was there in person with three of them standing in front of me…. nearly impossible; I got “disconnected “ more times than I could count. Even when I was there in person with three of them standing in front of me…. I wasn’t even acknowledged by a single one for at least 5 minutes. Not even a hello. I had an appointment for a week, dropped it off at 5am (4 hours early) and 3 hours after my scheduled appointment my car hadn’t even been looked at and I hadn’t even been contacted. So I picked it up without being looked at, traded it in that day and bought an Audi! Bye!!!! More
