I called and was told the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy over the phone by Sara Gines-Baldwin after she checked with her boss as well a by email. She informed me that a sales manager would call me back to get my deposit but I spent two days trying to reach anyone only to be told by text that they were busy and would get back to me in a little bit. When they did call me back a few days later the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy increased by 10k due to increased interest in it. Very disappointed with people at Latham Ford, especially Amanda Denyse who lied to me and intentionally avoided me instead of being honest upfront. This woman should be fired and can only hope she is not treating all of the other customers the way she treated me.

My 2019 Ram 1500 that I bought from Ford of Latham had an
ABS issue and needed to be serviced. I was going to make an appointment at a RAM dealer but Ford of Latham staff told me I could have it fixed there.

I made the appointment with them and told the service department what exactly was going on with my truck. Service made my appointment knowing it was a RAM, and knowing the problem was with the ABS breaks. I took off a day of work and drove an hour to get to the dealer. Once I checked my truck in, they came out and told me they can’t work on my truck. Being as it’s a Ram they can’t hook their computer up to it, I need to go to a Ram dealer. What kind of a joke is this service department, to schedule me for something they can’t even diagnose, let alone fix. Waste of my time and money, I was so frustrated, with nothing offered but “there must have been a miscommunication”. Nope, you can see on my booking it was booked for an ABS issue on a 2019 RAM 1500….
