Worst service advisor On his phone d doesn’t acknowledge customer who have appointment or not that come in. I will never come to this service or for purchase of vehicle here even tho I had purc acknowledge customer who have appointment or not that come in. Great experience, Service Advisor Michael Hunter provided very helpful and timely updates throughout the repair process. also Service Technician Matthew Tetreault performed an easy to understand Video inspec very helpful and timely updates throughout the repair process. also Service Technician Matthew Tetreault performed an easy to understand Video inspection of my vehicle. All repair work was done in a timely and very satisfactory manner. Highly recommended More

Would not have anything to do with this dealership, they do not go to bat for you when there is a big problem and your warranty is 2 (two) days expired. Any other dealership would have back dated the servic do not go to bat for you when there is a big problem and your warranty is 2 (two) days expired. Any other dealership would have back dated the service date or fought with Ford to have it covered. More
