Very disappointed in this dealership. Only had one key available, asked for a second one, first told it came with only one, but when my husband challenged the manager, Trevor, he said tha Only had one key available, asked for a second one, first told it came with only one, but when my husband challenged the manager, Trevor, he said that he would have another one made for us at their cost. We bought the car on 4/4, have not heard back from him. I also have been texting our salesperson, Nat, since Saturday and he has not called me back, just to let me know the status of the key. Additionally he never called me back to say thank you for buying the car, since he was not even there when we picked up the car on Friday 4/4. Not satisfied at all. We spent over 30K for this car, but no one seemed to be pleased with the sale. No one even showed us all the different options on the car. Very slow to act and we do not have time to waste sitting around waiting for them to help us. This process just took way too long, and we still did not get everything we needed. Very annoyed and disappointed in the service. More

I am not happy the way I was treated by Latham Ford. I called and was told the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy over the phone by Sara Gines-Baldwin after she checked with her boss as well a by ema I called and was told the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy over the phone by Sara Gines-Baldwin after she checked with her boss as well a by email. She informed me that a sales manager would call me back to get my deposit but I spent two days trying to reach anyone only to be told by text that they were busy and would get back to me in a little bit. When they did call me back a few days later the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy increased by 10k due to increased interest in it. Very disappointed with people at Latham Ford, especially Amanda Denyse who lied to me and intentionally avoided me instead of being honest upfront. This woman should be fired and can only hope she is not treating all of the other customers the way she treated me. More
