Sabrina was wonderful for offering the concierge of pickup and drop off and Mike was great with the calls of explaining what my truck needed and cost. From the start, the service staff was courteous on the phone and very accommodating. A follow up call was made offering a convenient at home service option. Franklin Ford has been my "Go To" dealership. It was the first place I visited while looking for a high quality used car but I thought I could do better. After visiting seven other dealerships I It was the first place I visited while looking for a high quality used car but I thought I could do better. After visiting seven other dealerships I came back to Franklin Ford and purchased the very first car Ron showed me. My last Ford Escape 2014 lasted 185000 miles and 12 years. Franklin Ford has provided ATROCIOUS service for the F150 I purchased from them in 2018. For instance, the last time I had them change the oil, the mechanic failed to twist the oil plug the final quarter tur I purchased from them in 2018. For instance, the last time I had them change the oil, the mechanic failed to twist the oil plug the final quarter turn, causing a leak. Another time my truck sat in the lot for 45 minutes without so much as a tire pressure check. Since I only had one hour to spare, I drove away WITHOUT ANY service. Franklin Ford's most recent failure to provide basic customer service was when I made an online appointment. Three days after I made the appointment, Franklin Ford called and canceled it with less than 24 hours notice, blaming the customer for not checking all appropriate boxes. UNBELIEVABLE. Only inertia keeps Franklin Ford from folding. It sure as xxxx isn't their customer service. (One star selected by default. If I could give negative stars, I would.) More
