This was one of the worst experiences I wouldn't wish to anyone. Honestly, I do not recommend this place. The staff is disrespectful (especially Shön in sales services); they are pleasant before the sale anyone. Honestly, I do not recommend this place. I bought a car, and less than two weeks later, the "check engine" light came on. Despite my warranty, they were unable to fix it and instead suggested that I trade the car in. I requested a full initial diagnostic—including a printed OBD-II report containing the readiness monitor status, freeze-frame data, and all stored and pending fault codes—but they told me they could not provide that document. The car's front tires were supposed to be replaced at the time of signing the contract because they were completely bald. When I went in for the appointment, they took the worn front tires and moved them to the rear, while installing completely low-grade tires on the front axle. The rear tires—which were actually in very good condition—were removed; I only realized this once I got home. When I returned to address the issue, Mr. Shön responded defensively instead of listening to the customer. And the best part: They set up my car insurance through Progressive, I received a cancellation notice three weeks later informing me that my policy had been processed by an unauthorized agent or broker... If you like peace and transparency don't go there. If you like headaches... you can go...... I'm very disappointed More

I purchased a 2025 Crown with 9690 miles on it. I found the car on Wednesday and purchased it on Thursday. I did not finance through Toyota. I had a check in hand. After negotiating for over an hour of them trying to get me to finance with Toyota, a price was set and I was to return on Thursday to pick up the car and give my money. The salesperson (Alton) called me on Thursday to ensure I would be there around 3 to pick up the car. I asked him to have the car clean and the paperwork ready for me to sign. I got there and the car was still sitting in the spot I had left it. Although they confirmed I would be there as to not waste their time or be with another customer, I took off work early to appease every one. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, I drove off. AFTER I signed the paperwork and they brought my still dirty car around, Alton proceeded to tell me there was only ONE FOB for the car and there were NO FLOORMATS which the description of the car clearly had the floor mat package. I have contacted them twice about this…first reply was they were off, second contact was trying to give me old 2024 floor mats!! I paid a lot of money for this car to not get new floor mats replaced and another fob for the vehicle. I asked for a manager before I left to discuss the floor mats and they called the salesman instead!! This is not my first Toyota, but my first from Toyota of North Austin and my last from this dealership. I have dealt with Toyota a lot in my lifetime and never been treated like this!! Finance was rude for only signing papers and giving them a check. More
