My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. Fabulous experience with the dealership personnel Alon, our salesperson, made our buying experience very pleasant during our recent purchase on an XC40. He listened well and made sure he helped us get answers to all our questions. He was was very efficient in helping to quickly process the sale, where possible. He also did a great job instructing us on all the features of the car during the test drive and after purchasing the vehicle. We recommend both the Smythe Volvo dealership and our sales person, Alon.
