She introduced us to Derrick, the sales manager who listened to my concerns and addressed every one on them. In the six years I was away I leased a BMW and an Audi from other dealers. No one has ever made my wife and I feel as though we were special. I won't ever go any where else for a new car. More

She let us walk out of the showroom the first day believing that we were indeed interested in the car and called us later with an offer that I found fair enough to execute. The actual paper process of the purchase was also made very easy and as quick as possible. Botttom line: she treated as I had hoped; with respect and integrity.
