Vary nice and efficient time on painting a truck part for my son’s truck for his birthday. Took only a day to paint and they rapped my parts in bubble wrap so they wouldn’t get scuffed up. Highly recommended my son’s truck for his birthday. Took only a day to paint and they rapped my parts in bubble wrap so they wouldn’t get scuffed up. Highly recommended if you need anything painted. Although my car was deemed a total loss in the end. The collision team at Lake Ford went above, and beyond expectations. They even supplied me with a loaner car while my car was in the shop. Very professional and they did a great job keeping me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. Also had a great cutesy car snd really appreciated that. I chose this service center because it was the preferred Center for my insurance company. It took forever to get in for an estimate, they never returned my calls, I did all the calling. It took 4 months to Center for my insurance company. It took forever to get in for an estimate, they never returned my calls, I did all the calling. It took 4 months to get in and my car was there for 5 weeks being fixed. A piece of the door that wasn't even worked on had been pryed and was cracked all the way through, I also noticed damage to the parts that were replaced on the door that was fixed, more pry marks. The body of the car underneath the door that was fixed has actual holes through it and drippy dried paint all over. Just not a real professional job but all in all the repair job is about a six out of 10. They were very nice about telling me that they will order the part for the door that was damaged and call me when it comes in so I can have it put back on. I've been waiting about 2 weeks for that to happen. More

My family and I have bought well over 10 vehicles from this particular dealership as returning customers, my vehicle was in an auto accident and I took my vehicle back to this dealership to get fixed. It this particular dealership as returning customers, my vehicle was in an auto accident and I took my vehicle back to this dealership to get fixed. It took 6 months AND MORE to get fixed and my family and I were never once called and informed on the status of the vehicle or any updates on what needed to be fixed. The only time my family and I got an update was if we called the dealership ourselves and the service representatives tell us they will call us and NEVER HAVE CALLED US. I’m still waiting on one last part that was quoted to be in but the dealership is still waiting on the part and have not updated us on what’s going on. The vehicle was returned to me in poor condition not as I left it from the accident. My truck was very dirty on the inside, I have missing paint on my passenger door, I have a dent that I never had before, my windshield wiper fluid wouldn’t spray, and my hood is not lined up on my truck. For being a “valued” returning customer I am not pleased with this service and this is not acceptable. More
