1. Maxwell made a false statement about odometer reading , he told car has driven 5 miles, actually this car have already been driven 85 miles. I noticed this when I arrived at home. My home is 21 miles fro , he told car has driven 5 miles, actually this car have already been driven 85 miles. I noticed this when I arrived at home. My home is 21 miles from dealership, next day I came back at dealer ship to show Maxwell, the odometer reading but he was not available. Another salesperson Mr. Nay he entertained me after checking the odometer he said he can do nothing, I should have to talk with Maxwell 2. On April 14, 2025 , George (FM) , told the interest rate on approved loan will be 7%. Next day on April 15, 2025 when he got signed the agreement and all other documents, my son asked him what is interest rate on approved loan , he said interest rate is 9% , My son (Aneel) requested him repeatedly to fix it at 7% as you have already told us, otherwise cancel the deal, George (FM) said this is not possible to cancel the deal because you have already signed the documents but later on he fixed it at 8.54%. In my opinion he is not reliable/trustable professional . Overall my and my son’s experience with Mohawk Chevrolet dealership at Ballston Spa is painful. More
