These people are very unresponsive despite me texting, calling, and submitting inquiries via the Greenway Kia East website attempting to get some resolution. Just another crooked car dealership where you feel like you were taken advantage of. Bought a Buick Encore from Alfredo Perez who never showed up after to make true of the many promises he made. He agreed to check and fix the cars issues, but at some point he just disappeared. Didn’t pick up the phone much less returned any of my phone calls. He left me with the problem and having to spend more money fixing things that he agreed to take care of. This guys is the cliche of car salesmen! I am embarrassed to say he’s Latino, as myself.
