I worked with Rich Grzeda for about 4 hours and this was the BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Rich was absolutely amazing at taking care of me and my wife, if felt like his #1 goal was to mak the BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Rich was absolutely amazing at taking care of me and my wife, if felt like his #1 goal was to make sure we loved our new car and that we were happy with our purchase. He never once was condescending towards us like I've experienced in the past with car salesman. He only treated us with respect and I really appreciated the way he took care of us. When I do buy again in the future I do hope that Rich is still around to help me find a car that I want. Bought my 2021 Honda Accord at 20,000 miles, about a month later breaks were making noise. Took it in the shop and they said nothing was wrong. They said it was because of the heat. Months later cold we month later breaks were making noise. Took it in the shop and they said nothing was wrong. They said it was because of the heat. Months later cold weather came along and still heard the noise on the breaks. Took it in again and was told the same thing. Wish they could have least put new breaks on a car sold. To top it off the trunk now does not open with the key fob. And sensors going off for an oil change when in reality it does not need one. Don’t know what’s going on with the vehicle sold to me. But that’s just the car itself. At the least I can say that the staff was pretty friendly. More
