The service team is wonderful! !! Brian, Alicia(not sure of spelling). are GREAT and the rest of the team does an outstanding job as well. You have a GREAT team.. Thank you for th !! However, I had the car in 4 times for the same problem.,(the sliding doors). On the 4th try Brian called to tell me it wasn't the doors, it was the front suspension. I don't understand why everything wasn't checked. It could possibly have been found. In the meantime the warranty ran out and I ended paying $1,700 for the work. I would really like for Alex to give me a call and go over this with me. Altogether I probably would not go anywhere else for service or for buying another vehicle. My husband (he passed away 2 years ago) and I have bought every Van that we have bought from Greenbrier. Tony was our go to salesman even for this last van. More

My steering wheel was moved, my seats and my change in my cup holder was moved, I wasn’t happy when I got in my car and saw things were bothered and not put back and you used gas that wasn’t replaced! This service center has gone downhill. There is little to know customer service. Waited two weeks for part to come in. Never notified and had to call twice to verify and set up appointm There is little to know customer service. Waited two weeks for part to come in. Never notified and had to call twice to verify and set up appointment. The service rep Isabel should not be in customer service. There was no one guiding traffic as there were six vehicles waiting to enter bay and all reps sitting inside. No management to be found. The notification tests take you to a useless app that provides no details or progress. Bought two vehicles from this dealership and been using service center for 15 years More
