Anthony & Alex were fantastic. We visited the dealership to “just look” at a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and that’s when we met Anthony. We was very knowledgeable about this Chrysler pr We visited the dealership to “just look” at a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and that’s when we met Anthony. We was very knowledgeable about this Chrysler product even though this is a Ford Dealership. We were impressed with his professionalism and most of all low pressure sales technique. Took the vehicle for a test drive but still want our local mechanic to inspect it so Anthony checked with his boss Bob. We asked Bob that since we lived in Schaumburg would that be a problem and he advised us to take the van home for the night and to get it checked out the next day which we did, and the rest is history as they say. Closed on the van the next day and all went smoothly. Alex who also assisted with the post sale was also great. Overall this was a great experience. It’s definitely worth it to take a drive to find the vehicle you are in search of. More
