We truly apologize for the oversight with the detailing of the vehicle. The car had just finished in the shop, and while we did our best to get it ready in the limited time we had, we understand that it wasn’t up to your expectations. We did offer to send it out for detailing, but since you were headed back to San Diego, we respected your time and compensated you for the inconvenience of having it done professionally at home. We certainly appreciate your understanding and hope that, despite this, your overall experience with Niello Audi was a good one.
