It took 3 service appointments to repair and reset my electrical warning. I question why I needed to replace an alternator on my 2031 vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Katie accused me of po electrical warning. I question why I needed to replace an alternator on my 2031 vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Katie accused me of pouring red wax on my battery. This did not appear on any of the repair videos. The hood of my vehicle was not opened after my last oil change at Boucher. A service mgr who didn’t give me his name said he would speak with the mechanic and contact me the next day. I am still waiting for his phone call. Due to Katie’s belligerent attitude and the lack of customer service Gordie Boucher has lost 2 customers. More
