The guys are always great honestly. From pick up to delivery & thorough inspections. The cost for repairs are more than double what I paid for the truck but overall I like the service. My husband had his oil changed and a week later the oil pan shield lost a bolt while he was driving on the highway. The bolt punctured our back tire. We took the tire in and explained what had happened, al pan shield lost a bolt while he was driving on the highway. The bolt punctured our back tire. We took the tire in and explained what had happened, along with pictures of the pan hanging under our truck and the blown-out tire. I thought Ford could at least compensate us for half the cost of the new tire since the bolt coming out was obviously either stripped during the oil change a week prior or not tightened well enough. Didn't even offer us a free oil change....nothing. Needless to say, no compensation was offered due to the fact that we didn't have the bolt that fell out of the shield itself. Hard to find a bolt when your going 70mph down the highway and this happens. This was NOT just a coincidence. I have bought 9 trucks from Gordie Bouche Ford in Menomonee Falls over the past years. I would have expected better customer service for long time standing customers. Not happy at all with this situation. Karen Wiesen More

Tim greeted me at his desk with a smile, explained to me what the plan for my truck was, got me all set up with my loaner vehicle and took care of the rest.
