Alex entered the automotive business in 1995 and has been with Koons since March 1997. The work he does at Koons Arlington Toyota is one of the most gratifying jobs he as ever had. He gets to work with his clients to help them get a new car and he uses his resources to help them stay within their budget. That's Gratifying ! The things he loves to do most when not at work are cooking, working out, and traveling. Also, spending time with his niece, nephew's, cousins and friends top the list of leisure time activities. Alex is fluent in Arabic and French.

Everyone on the Sales team is amazing. I worked with Carla Castro to buy my new 2026 Prius Limited she made the process super easy for me. Her response time to my emails was amazing she was able to get me all the information on the cars I was interested in and out the door pricing as well. It was a pleasant surprise that the process was so easy at the dealership as well. The credit application took only a few minutes and Alex the finance manger made the process super smooth for me he explained everything and was able to answer all my questions. More

I purchased a vehicle from this location because they claimed to have done 128 point inspection with no findings. The next take the car home and its safety lights are on. I paid $590 for diagnostic test claimed to have done 128 point inspection with no findings. The next take the car home and its safety lights are on. I paid $590 for diagnostic test and had to replace the battery. I stopped by the dealer and they all gave me the run around. I would highly recommend staying away from this establishment. Especially the sales director Stephan. More
