Jeremy was professional and he worked on what we were comfortable with, and that made all the difference for us! One minor setback was we were informed from Albert that our new car did not come with an alarm and that we should buy the alarm to have it install during our Glass coat service. We came home and tested the car and found that it does have an alarm already. In hope that we can have that fix on our loan amount. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and it’s all thanks to Elk Grove Toyota team for their great service! More
