He made us feel important and provided as much transparency as possible within his guidelines to keep us in the loop throughout the process. We were easily able to compare him with other Toyota sales dealers in other cities as we had shopped around and he was by far the best. Thanks James and Elk Grove Toyota for such a wonderful and painless experience. Highly recommend. The finance manager, Albert Aguilar completed the process with ease and we walked away with a wonderful experience. More
