No pressure sales tactics were used and we felt as though they cared about us. These three men helped us stay within our budget and worked with us every step of the way. We received a fair trade in value for our van and are very pleased with our new RAV4 purchase. If want to do business with knowledgeable, honest, patient, helpful and friendly people, then we suggest contacting Diehl Toyota of Hermitage. In addition, we have used there service department for any auto checkups and repairs for over 12 years. They too are knowledgeable and honest people. Thank you again all you folks at Diehl Toyota of Hermitage! More

I am suspect as to whether or not this operation can be trusted! I was given an estimate of $1800 for work they said was needed to pass PA inspection. I went to another large automotive shop for a second opinion and learned that none actually needed done, that the issues in question were fine. I was told however that another safety issue, listed but never discussed on my estimate was necessary, something I took care of two days later and had my vehicle inspected. I was foolish to take my vehicle to this dealership again for service. I had a similar issue with them in the past where I was given an estimate of $1200 for repairs, which I had completed for less than $200, they said were needed to pass inspection. Since I've experienced issues of this nature twice I am considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for these practices. I felt Dave in the service department was arrogant and condescending toward me, not the sort of attitude one would expect or hope for from a professional operation. Needless to say my experiences have not been pleasant and certainly do not merit return or any possible recommendations. More
Worst service ever! Completely incompetent! And no return call from management, Eric Cramer, so I guess no one cares so why bother with the survey? My husband took my Completely incompetent! And no return call from management, Eric Cramer, so I guess no one cares so why bother with the survey? My husband took my 4Runner for an oil change and regular maintenance Thursday morning. The tire sensor had been on for at least a month because the spare tire was very low. They also did a tire rotation and my husband waited 2 hours. I went to use my car that afternoon and the tire sensor was still on and when I checked I saw that now my right front tire was very low and the spare tire was still low. That obviously indicates the pressures were never checked. Even if the problem happened to the front tire after this service, the original problem still existed. So I made a return visit that afternoon for two low tires that were never addressed earlier that day even though the tire sensor was indicating a problem… 45 minutes later I was told the tire is fine and they put air in it, which I could have done myself. Dave told me they did a “visual” inspection when I had specifically asked for them to do full diagnostics on the tire. I explained to him that I needed to drive my vehicle to Virginia for a business trip on Monday and needed to know the tire was safe. It lost 11 PSI so obviously something was wrong. And, not once but twice, he told me that the guy who worked on my 4Runner knew Chevy better than Toyota…but he’s learning. Obviously Friday morning my tire was down about 5 PSI again. I called and talked to the same guy Dave and his attitude was horrible. I had enough! Today, Saturday, my husband took my car to Flynn Tire and in literally 2 seconds they “visually” found a screw in the tire. I am in the market for a new vehicle and THIS has turned this loyal Toyota customer away (I’ve owned 7 new Toyotas). But I lived in Pittsburgh and got superior service from my dealer there. Since then I relocated to this location. I will NOT buy another Toyota because I cannot trust my local dealer/service to safely maintain my vehicle or treat me with respect. And I’m not going to settle for the inconvenience of having to drive further to a different dealer. You need to revisit the meaning of the word “Service” and look at your employee Dave who is running your Service department. He has no customer service skills whatsoever and acted like he really just didn’t care. And on top of this, a month ago my husband called to have my back driver side tail light replaced. They ordered the part and he took it to have it replaced. He waited 45 minutes to learn that they ordered the wrong part; it was for the back passenger side. For what it’s worth… More
