To be honest I wasn’t expecting to be treated so kindly, pleasantly and respectfully as I was requesting a last minute oil change and 24K check on a Friday morning that I was. Wow! I was blown away at how e pleasantly and respectfully as I was requesting a last minute oil change and 24K check on a Friday morning that I was. Wow! I was blown away at how easy Kayla (I think) made it for me. I’ve been trying to get this done for months, quite frankly, and couldn’t believe she got me on the schedule just minutes after my call. And the service and car wash were top notch. Thank you so much for everything!!! You restored my confidence in customer service and doing business in Enterprise. More

Alan is wonderful to work with. He lays out the problem, was diligent in resolving it, and followed up promptly. This is the second time the 2017 Hyundai has been at the dealershi He lays out the problem, was diligent in resolving it, and followed up promptly. This is the second time the 2017 Hyundai has been at the dealership. I am disappointed to the fact that the first representative did not inform us of the recall, engine warranty that Hyundai company had for our vehicle. However, Hyundai company replaced the engine without a problem. We are thankful for that. More
