This is the worst service center I have ever been to. One time, the gave me my truck back with my keys and the keys for SOMEONE ELSE’S vehicle in the cup holder. More recently, I went in for a full servi One time, the gave me my truck back with my keys and the keys for SOMEONE ELSE’S vehicle in the cup holder. More recently, I went in for a full service, after which they lost two screws to my oil pan splash guard. I only noticed this when I felt something dragging and looked under my truck to find the splash guard dragging. When I returned to the service center for this two minute problem (of their creation) it took them over twenty minutes to look at the truck, at which point they informed me they didn’t have the parts needed, removed my splash guard, and told me to come back…ALL without giving me a single apology. THEN, when I was ten minutes away from the service center they called me because THEY had left a dealers plate in my truck on the passenger seat and asked me to return, instead of waiting for me to come back the next day when they were going to fix my splash guard problem. Hands down, the worst service and customer support I have ever received from ANY customer service agency. Truly terrible not to mention expensive. Would not recommend More
