Was sold a 2018 Jaguar and never mentioned that I had a 30-day warranty. The vehicle had bad brakes and a coolant issue, and when I realized that I had a 30-day warranty. I tried to use the warranty with t 30-day warranty. The vehicle had bad brakes and a coolant issue, and when I realized that I had a 30-day warranty. I tried to use the warranty with the dealership. I was told that the service department didn’t know anything about my vehicle. After they kept the vehicle for three days and never serviced anything. I got the vehicle back immediately after the warranty expired and the dealer is no longer responsible for fixing the vehicle. At this point, I accepted my loss and will spend extra money to have my vehicle serviced. I am trying to avoid anyone else from making the same mistakes. You would think that the business was respectable business and it's not for non-American vehicles More

We have found The personnel at Koons to be very helpful and courteous from the day we bought our 2 vehicles. I have not been a fan of the corporate approach that Koons offers in the several years now that they have run the Claksville dealership. I very much miss the more community and customer focused dealers Koons offers in the several years now that they have run the Claksville dealership. I very much miss the more community and customer focused dealership that Win Kelly represented. It's just not the same shop I used to deal with. The only constant is Al C in service. He's very helpful and friendly. I cringe when I see the woman in the Koons commercials. More
