We had a very good experience with Imperial Chevrolet. We saw a GMC2500HD Duramax on the website and I was interested. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Brad Mancini. I met with Brad at the dealership and discussed the vehicle along my trade-in and agreed on the numbers at both ends. There were some used vehicle issues (new tires, etc.) found during a full inspection, that needed to be taken care of and Brad along with the folks in the service dept promptly had the truck ready for delivery. We met with Ahmad Al-Jallad to do all the necessary paperwork and had a great experience with him. He was very professional, friendly and diligent about the process. He found a few items that helped to save us some money and was overall very efficient and accommodating. All of the transfer paperwork for registration, insurance and a new inspection sticker were taken care of without issue and we dropped the old truck and picked up the new truck with a plate swap and a thank you. We are very satisfied with the experience overall. More

Great experience with my recent purchase After researching car dealers online, and visiting some others within the area - we decided to go over to Imperial Chevrolet in Mendon to take a look After researching car dealers online, and visiting some others within the area - we decided to go over to Imperial Chevrolet in Mendon to take a look at their inventory.. Upon arrival, we were quickly greeted by Jean as we made our way onto the lot. I had seen a truck that I was interested in online, and he was very helpful with bringing me right to the vehicle and telling me details about the specific model. During our test-drive, Jean was also helpful in pointing out the different features of the truck, and making the test-drive an enjoyable experience. After we made our decision to purchase, we were given a gift card to the diner next door for a quick bite to eat. One of my only complaints about the whole experience was having to wait for the financial representative. After we made our decision to purchase, we had to wait about 2.5 hours until we could go through the financial process. Our time at the diner helped us a little, but even though it was on a Sunday, we had hoped the whole process could have moved a little faster. Overall though, we had a great experience with Jean and Imperial Chevrolet and I would absolutely recommend both Jean and the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
