This was our fourth vehicle purchase with Imperial in Mendon. I’ll be honest.. I swore I wouldn’t return to this dealership as every time we are there it’s for hours and something always gets messed up. Mendon. I’ll be honest.. This visit was no different, yet my husband insisted on buying a pick up truck a great salesperson named Shawn showed him. Without going into the whole experience, Shawn went above and beyond to make me happy..( yes, the wife of man wanting the puck up truck) Shawn kept such composure during a couple down right outbursts I felt needed expressing. Although we don’t have the pick up truck yet, we feel by Friday we should be all set. PLEASE extend a HUGE Thank you to Shawn from us for truly being the only reason we didn’t walk out of the showroom. Brad surly did his best too. It was an experience yet again at this dealership. I recently was in the market for a truck. I didn't realize just how much I didn't know about trucks and my guy Andy was incredibly helpful. He showed me everything they had in stock, talked to me abou realize just how much I didn't know about trucks and my guy Andy was incredibly helpful. He showed me everything they had in stock, talked to me about the pros and cons about new vs. used based on how much I drive, told me how often they get new or used vehicles in, what to keep an eye out for, etc. It was incredibly enlightening. I was originally thinking about an F-150 but then I sat in a used GMC Sierra 1500 SLT and had that moment where you just know you have to buy it. Andy took great care of me and worked with me to find an acceptable price point for the two of us. As with any used vehicle, there were a couple of things that needed taking care of - and Imperial did a fantastic job doing so. The truck runs like new and looks fabulous. It fulfills every need I have for it and I'm getting complimented on it constantly. They also did a stellar job detailing it for me to take home when it was ready to go. I can't stress enough how low-pressure and informative Andy was. The man knew his stuff and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for - even though I myself didn't know what I wanted when I first began my search. When it's time for my wife to get a new car, we'll be coming here first! More

I was switching my lease over to finance to own. Jomar and Ahmad made it very easy for me. The whole process is time consuming but they did all the hard work. Then when it was to have the new plates and m and Ahmad made it very easy for me. The whole process is time consuming but they did all the hard work. Then when it was to have the new plates and my new inspection done, JD swapped my car at home for a loaner while my car was detailed, new plates and inspection. When I got my car back it had that brand new car smell again. I've been going to Imperial since 2016 for cars and service, they make it so easy and everyone is so friendly. Thank you everyone. More
