I do not measure success by one sale - I measure it by whether you will call me again when you need your next vehicle or recommend me to someone you care about. Agim at Crown INEOS is who we had the pleasure of working with. He is extremely knowledgeable takes his time to explain the Grenadier in depth. Answered all of our questions without any pushy sales. Agim (Jim) at Crown Ineos in St. Pete provided the best car buying experience I have had to date. I started in April by building my dream Trialmaster on the Ineos website. Jim contacted me after receiving my submission and has kept me informed over the past several months as to stock available and financing promotions until we found the perfect scenario. When visiting the dealership for a test drive, Jim educated me on the vehicle prior to the test drive. He is extremely personable, genuine and enjoyable to work with. Jim and his team made the entire process very easy and painless. After purchase, he has followed up with me on a couple of additional service items. I believe he truly cares about his customers and is invested in their satisfaction and happiness. Highly recommend! More
