I have taken two vehicles(one purchased at Hayes, the other another Chrysler dea whether by phone or in person when inquiring about a service issue. I have taken two vehicles(one purchased at Hayes, the other another Chrysler dealer)there for service over the past nearly six years and have consistently experienced superior customer treatment from both of them. All service options are always discussed with me prior to any work proceeding and also accompanied by accurate estimates of final service cost. They will even calculate the most economical means to pay for services whether based upon the dealership loyalty program or through corporate emailed coupons! I plan to patronize them and Hayes until I need to replace my two vehicles. More

I used to go to Huntsville, AL, where I purchsed my car, until gas got so expensive a couple of years ago. I started then going to Hayes and have been very pleased. I really intend to drive my present vehicle until it dies but will definately check at Hayes should I replace it. More
