Mr. Reed was great, but I hate the almost deceptive practice that all dealers seem to have of having Sales praise cars' reliability and Finance denigrate it to sell extended warranties on which one has practice that all dealers seem to have of having Sales praise cars' reliability and Finance denigrate it to sell extended warranties on which one has to make an instant decision.
