Adria was willing to conduct the transaction via e-mail and responded to my inquiries very quickly. The entire transaction took a week from my initial inquiry to delivery. Adria also took the time needed to walk me through the features of the vehicle and I'm delighted with my new SUV!! This is my third Mercedes and I would be happy to return to Estate Motors - I'm afraid I cannot say the same for other Mercedes dealers in the area. More

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ESTATE MOTORS I just finished leasing my fourth Mercedes Benz from Estate Motors with Adria Nestro as my salesperson once again. While my first experience nearly I just finished leasing my fourth Mercedes Benz from Estate Motors with Adria Nestro as my salesperson once again. While my first experience nearly 10 years ago was great, each one thereafter was tweaked and improved. This is an attestation to the dealership's desire to improve the experience rather than be complacent and rest on its laurels. I also highly recommend the sales department. John Chippman has been our Service Advisor for 10 years and makes the service aspect of owning the car flawless. Appointments are arranged at convenient times, late model loaner cars arranged and the service done properly. There was no time that I was forced to bring the car back to the service department to re-repair something it missed. But the real gem of the experience was my Salesperson Adria Nestro. I have dealt with her on each occasion and would not deal with any other Mercedes salesperson. She has excellent product knowledge and was up on the competition's product. She was able to answer each of my many questions patiently and thoroughly. As for the "deal" itself, I never felt any high pressure tactics one might expect when getting into a new car. It seemed that decision to make the move was mine and I always feel confident that the price I get is the best price around. Simply put: Adria had the unique ability to make the experience seem like a casual conversation between friend. I also found Adria to be accessible, calling me back almost immediately after I left her a message. In summary---The cars are the same from dealership to dealership so the only difference is the people who sell and service them. This is where Estate stands out above many others. As such, I have no reservations about returning to Estate Motors and recommending them to anyone interested in driving a Mercedes Benz. More

Adria has worked with at least 4 of my family members in the past and even though Estate Motors is over 50 miles from my home I decided to give it a try. Adria was sweet and willing to do the research to find the car with the options I specifically wanted. After about a week she found the perfect car with a great lease price to boot. Came in and met with her and Anthony the business executive signed my papers got a overview of the new features and was off in my new car within an hour. Great Dealership with great staff! Thank you! This is by far the best experience I've ever had in my 18 years of driving. I've purchased many car in my day but never had I delt with such personable and accommodating people before. I had a bit of a situation with my credit and they figured it out, resolved the problem and put me in the car that I wanted. I never felt ashamed, embarrassed or uncomfortable because of my less-than-perfect credit. I've already sent them more business and will continue to do so...I'm literally shocked at the second-to-none level of customer service. Bob Binette the manager is incredibly personable, Adria the sales associate is extremely knowledgable of the Mercedes-Benz brand and was able to hone in on exactly what my taste-level was. She was such a sweetheart and very tuned-in to her customers. Finally, Anthony Anzalone is the man! He really made it all happen for me and basically coached me on how to improve my credit situation moving forward. All and all, this group of people will always get my and all my friends' business! After having visited two local Mercedes dealerships prior to reaching Estate Motors a half hour away from my home. I questioned whether i'd purchase Mercedes or simply shoot towards a new BMW. The prior Mercedes dealerships i visited had ruined my perception of the car i have desired to own with cocky salesman that made me feel, they did not need my purchase. As a final attempt a friend of mine recommended Estate Motors and I am SO glad he did. My point of contact was Adria Nestro who with her charm and welcoming attention lured me to drive the half hour searching for the new car i should have purchased 2 miles from my home. Prior to my visit, Adria over the phone took note of what i was looking for... She let me know that the car I wanted WITH all the options AND the color that i wanted was not in stock and possibly not in the northeast yet considering it just came out (CLA250) Rather than push me to buy from the CLA's already in stock, she went out of her way to hunt what i wanted. Sure enough she found it, ordered it and two weeks later IT'S THERE! What i'm most impressed with is the attention within the two week wait. Whatever questions i had ANSWERED, if i sent an email with a questions/concern at 9pm at night, from her home... ANSWERED! What car salesman does that!?!?!? Then today i go there to pick up my car and HAVING NOT met her prior, she walked outside as i was walking in and says with a big welcoming smile "you must be Jeff". I'm glad she was right because that would have been quite funny if i wasn't. She showed me my car in full detail, inside and out explaining every function of the COMPUTER i now would be driving...excellent! Excellent! EXCELLENT! She then led me to Anthony Anzalone who completed my experience who explained what i was signing in full detail and really made it painless when normally the signing can be scary. I now have my new beauty in my garage and am anxious to tell friends about Estate Motors. I already notified Adria that my sister will be going there soon to buy her next car from her as well... At 29 years of age i know this will not be my last Mercedes, and know for sure that Estate Motors will get every bit of that business to come! More
