Responsive, both to my emails and phone calls, she gave me all the information i asked for, and unlike many salespeople, nothing that i didn't ask for. She is patient, polite and respectful. I believe I was given a fair price and along with all the other positives I've mentioned that was more than sufficient for me to close the deal with Estate Motors. Anthony was great as well, he too is very professional. He provided me with information but no sleazy pitches to buy add-on services I didn't want or need. All in all this is a well-run, well-managed dealership, and I felt like i was dealing with mature adults who truly understand what their customers want.
