Addie was great. As far as the dealership, I didn’t care for how I felt I was treated by the service area as my car aged. At 90k miles on the cost on parts and service got expensive and you the dealer really didn’t seem to be willing to work with me on mitigating costs. A diagnostic charge back in March just to look at the car purchased from, that’s and says you don’t want my repeat business. I have since flipped the car and bought a new car through the Larry H Miller group. More

Everything was great when I had my Porsche serviced. They gave me a shuttle ride to my destination while they were working on my car. Everyone was polite and professional.. My car was clean and washed when I picked it up.. A little input from me, it would be nice if they offered some different snacks. I had coffee which was fine. The diagnostics fell short and my questions were not addressed. I felt multiple times that diagnostic steps should have been taken further and this last visit was a perfect example. I corrected the prob addressed. I felt multiple times that diagnostic steps should have been taken further and this last visit was a perfect example. I corrected the problem later after Audi Lehi left repair next steps as “replace engine”. Repair was a $300 part. How can trust be built with this dynamic? More
