People and nice but very busy, in terms of overall would have given 5 stars but it took 7 hours for a regular service with an appointment. I do appreciate the loaner but time frames would be nice to know ah have given 5 stars but it took 7 hours for a regular service with an appointment. I do appreciate the loaner but time frames would be nice to know ahead of time as I had to move stuff around in the afternoon to get the car before you closed. More

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is nice and the snacks are appreciated! I came in for an oil change and waited for my car. I was happy it only took 90 minutes. When trying to call service, I did not get a live body at least 3 times. Part of the service I asked for was not done, but the service rep said they did the best they could. But they didn’t even open the pac least 3 times. Part of the service I asked for was not done, but the service rep said they did the best they could. But they didn’t even open the package with what they needed to try. Also, I think the part replacement took 5 minutes, but I had to leave the car, have someone drive me from Cottonwood heights -or take an U we and then come back later when I was free. It could have been handled so much better. More
