I wasn’t planning on buying that day, but the product met my needs, the sales team worked with me and exceeded my expectations. Adam was friendly and knowledgeable and made everything as smooth as possible. my needs, the sales team worked with me and exceeded my expectations. Adam was friendly and knowledgeable and made everything as smooth as possible. He explained everything nicely and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot with my new wheels. Laura came over and greeted me personally — she wasn’t like most sales managers that hide at their desks and only come out when there is a problem. My only slight beef is that the car could have been derailed better when I picked it up — I was excited to get the car and didn’t notice the back windows were streaked and dusty until I was on the highway. Adam was very straightforward regarding the pricing and payment options. He gave us a wonderful tour of my RDX and it has helped me in feeling confidence in the changes.
