Very knowledgeable and helped me make my final decision as if I was a family member. I appreciated the straightforward manner in which everything was presented and the warm way I was treated by everyone. Although I was surprised when it came to my trade-in numbers, Adam took the time to educate me and explain how the process works so it isn't a big mystery anymore. I would also like to mention that Shawn in financing was a very genuine person and I am happy with the arrangements made for me.
