The online completion of paperwork saved us time at the dealership and couldn't have been simpler. The gal responsible for securing financing was pleasant and easy to work with. Everything in the dealership was designed to be efficient and no pressure. I liked that the sales consultants are not commission based so I felt no pressure from them to buy. They had knowledge about all the vehicles, listened to my list of wants, and helped us find the perfect car. The prices were extremely fair and competitive as well. We couldn't be happier! More

Simon Turner resolved the problem promptly at a cost much lower than that we'd have paid at the Mercedes dealership. Adam then went over the vehicle with us, BUT I saw an Audi A7 in the lot and the truck was forgotten. Adam promised small imperfections would be corrected upon receiving the car. And they were! Financing was simple and quick, and the young woman there was just as pleasant as Adam. In fact, everyone in the dealership was friendly, calming, and knowledgeable. Vince in the service department was also very helpful, going as far as finding an accessory online for us. Dealing with Fishers Imports was entirely enjoyable. More
