I am thrilled with my vehicle, but the experience was frustrating and disorganized. My sales person, Alan, seemed unfamiliar with most of the features on my vehicle. I essentially set it up by myself once I arrived home. In addition, despite submitting all my information several days ahead of time, the process took nearly 4 1/2 hours, over an hour of which I spent sitting alone, doing nothing, at my salesperson‘s desk. I was told they would “make it up to me”, but have heard and received nothing. I also made two attempts to contact Alan after the sale, and those messages were ignored. I had a very lengthy wait for Dora and the final paperwork, but she was apologetic and efficient. More

The entire process seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Despite agreeing on the price ahead of time, and having submitted my financing application, insurance info, license, trade in VIN, an unprofessional. Despite agreeing on the price ahead of time, and having submitted my financing application, insurance info, license, trade in VIN, and registration several days ahead of time, I was there nearly 4 1/2 hours. This included more than an hour where I sat alone at my salesperson’s desk. I would have greatly appreciated updates, an explanation of my vehicle’s features, a word from a sales manager… anything! After expressing my frustration, I was told they could cover my fuel costs, having driven more than 13 hours round trip. However, I never received this. We have purchased many cars; this was by far the worst experience. In addition, my salesperson seemed unfamiliar with many of the features on my vehicle. I was appreciative of his colleague, a young man who stated he used to help with delivery of new vehicles and was now a salesperson. He was the lone highlight of the day. More

I’d give this dealer 5 stars because almost everything was smoothe, painless and relatively quick for a car buying process. The only thing that I did not like, was the guy in charge of getting the financi was smoothe, painless and relatively quick for a car buying process. The only thing that I did not like, was the guy in charge of getting the financials approved. His demeanor when he came in contact with myself and my family was less than pleasant. I don’t recall what he said but I do remember him throwing the paperwork down on top of the salesman’s keyboard then walking away. Aside from his less than professional demeanor, everyone and everything else was great!! More
