Everyone VERY helpful, quick to remedy issues, incredibly friendly. CPO Traverse we were interested in had an issue with passenger tail light having standing water. Noticed it when I test drove it and the turn signal was blinking very fast. They said it must have happened when they ran the car through the wash right before we got there. They wrote in our sales paperwork that if we took the car to a dealership when we got home (out of state) and we had trouble from the dealer with paying for it vs warranty coverage, then to call them and they (Palmen) would take care of it. Luckily we had no issues with the dealership we went to. Every dealership needs to be run like Palmen. Everything was so smooth and easy, and quick! Nobody was pushy, everyone was very laid back and helped when you needed it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
