The experience was not bad, not excellent either. My windshield was cracked, so I called them to see if I can bring my car in for a repair. They placed an order for my windshield and told me it would My windshield was cracked, so I called them to see if I can bring my car in for a repair. They placed an order for my windshield and told me it would take about 5 days for them to receive it. No one reaches back out for two weeks. I called in to check on them and got an appointment for a Tuesday. I had to move it to another day, so I called in to request a reschedule. They said they would check and call me back. They never called me back, so I had to call in to check. The service itself was quick and fine, but the need for constant call back to check in on things was a bit irritating. More

Toooooo many employees! Most r all men. Not good. Not good at all. I see only a handful of women each time i go . Including today. I paid almost $800 today . I t Most r all men. Not good. Your invoice says rotate tires (only where applicable?????). Meaning? Toooo expensive. Did they rotate my tires or not? I live almost 2 hours away. Doesn’t say if they were rotated or not. Why? I’m a single woman on the road . Paying this much money and not getting all done then my price should be lower? Where r my coupons u use to send me in the mail? For service. My car only has 13, 559 miles on it. You need to hire more women . Quite a few of all these guys r just standing around. More

I bought my very lightly used 2018 GLC here, and have done the vast majority of service here. Outstanding service. I have done some work on the vehicle myself, and I have taken it to a non-dealership mec done the vast majority of service here. Outstanding service. I have done some work on the vehicle myself, and I have taken it to a non-dealership mechanic, as well… but usually I came to the conclusion that it’s worth it to have Mercedes of Georgetown do the service.
