I did not get any service today, the parts for repair were not ordered. The young lady I spoke to was somewhat rude, making it sound like it was my fault that we did not have the replacement parts ordere were not ordered. The young lady I spoke to was somewhat rude, making it sound like it was my fault that we did not have the replacement parts ordered. I got upset because of how this seem to have been my problem. Question, why would I bring my Kai in for an appointment that the service department set up, to be told that it had never been approved or denied, what exactly does that mean???? And why would order parts when we do not even know what needs to be replaced. I was told we would receive a call when the parts come in. I hope this is true. We have been talking about getting me a new car and I would have loved to stay with Kia, because you have all been so good. Now, I am not sure if this Kai dealership is who I want to continue doing business with. The last time we took the car in for service we were charged for all 4 tire balance, the car did not ride right, my husband took the car in to have the wheels checked, he was told all 4 tires had not been balanced. The person my husband spoke to was going to charge us again for something that had not been done after we had already paid for it, she also tried to say it was our fault, then ask where we had bought the tires from. My husband showed her the paperwork stating what all had been done to the car when I took it in for servicing. It saddens me how bad the service has gotten. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears and that you do actually care about your customers. We have been doing business with your dealership ship since November 2016. More
