Had a 1pm appt for an oil change. Took 2 hours and I was late for another appt. It has never taken that long and there were at least 4 customers who checked out before me- who came in Took 2 hours and I was late for another appt. I understand being busy but I had an appointed time and have never waited over 2 hours. Very dissapointed. Also, my car’s owner manual shows oil change every 8,000 miles but they keep trying to get me to come in every 5,000 miles. Very frustrating. Might not be going back to the dealership for oil changes anymore. More
