Needs customer service training for service dept. Kind of rude. My service rep Ethan told me if I gave him a bad survey he would never help me again more or less like a threat. I normally do the survey but I don't like to be threatened either. I don't want him to help me anymore. His comments were not professional or even necessary. You can't give bad service and then threaten the customer about it. I have other concerns when it comes to service but would love to speak to someone about them. Wes was great but he doesn't hear the problem he only knows what the company says to do which is great. But if I call to schedule an appointment because I'm having a problem with my car my appointment was always when someone would look at it or around that time if they are on another job that ran over. I was unaware when I make an appointment it's with the service advisor only and now when I give you my car it might be 3 days before looked at. I didn't know the appointment is only to talk to the service rep.. so you make a appointment with the service advisor then they hold your car for up to 3 days before it's looked at. I can't say everything I want to here but I just want Ethan to understand his threat is why I'm doing the survey. I never do them but felt this needed to be exposed. Great customer service from the sales team who he me out but Service needs training. Bad customer service with your service department More

Called early on a Saturday morning thinking I'd just leave a message in hopes that someone would return my call, and Shiva was in early and answered the phone. He then proceeded to take a comprehensive interior and exterior video for me of the car I was after, hold all the information I needed to satisfy my questions, and sent all the advanced paperwork necessary for me to do the deal (I was coming from Miami). She negotiated some reductions in the out the door price on my behalf with Yan (his awesome finance partner). He assured me that the deal would be as discussed, and all paperwork would be ready when I got there. So I drove out to Tampa a bit anxious, because I've dealt with car dealerships for 35 years and know how the tricks can begin once it's "go time." Not here! I was greeted at the lot, offered coffee. The car had been meticulously detailed inside and out. Went for a great test drive came back all paperwork was ready as described and in about 45 minutes I was out the door with my brand new SUV. The dealership is a class act, with great people at every level. Every single person I interacted with was thoughtful, happy, helpful, and expert at their job. They were even able to return my Rental car for me since it had already closed. Best car purchase of my life. For ANY next car I buy, I'll make the drive and ensure it's purchased here.
