Jerry Ulm in Tampa, FL has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have been trying to cancel my extended truck warranty for 3.5 months and it is still not done. Steven Heard in finance never have ever experienced! I have been trying to cancel my extended truck warranty for 3.5 months and it is still not done. Steven Heard in finance never got back to me about this and left me to the wolves, Mr. Matola in finance has communicated slightly more than Steven however this is still not done, and the finance director Adam, has not called me back in weeks and is always "in a meeting" when I call. Now, I will have to take the time out of my day to drive to Tampa where I bought a truck for nearly $65,000 to get this handled. Jerry Ulm's team is highly incompetent when it comes to providing a pleasant experience for the customer after they have driven off the lot. I will make sure to deter anyone from buying a vehicle at Jerry Ulm! More

This was the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership, bar none. All the Staff were pleasant and helpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership based on my recent experience. While the sales team did not have to work hard to secure my purchase, I found myself expending significant effort after the sale t recent experience.  From miscommunications regarding the cancellation of the GAP plan to missing accessories that should have accompanied a new vehicle, the process was riddled with problems. Administrative oversights required me to provide information multiple times, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in both customer service and vehicle preparation. These included discrepancies in the odometer reading, incomplete detailing of the vehicle, and insufficient oil life upon delivery. Although any one of these issues alone might have been manageable, collectively they resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience. Over the course of a week, I had to engage with multiple staff members, navigate through conflicting information, and rectify several inconsistencies to achieve what should have been a straightforward car purchase.
