After discussing my current lease payment, salesman told
me he would get me into another Kona for less, remove last two payments.
When I came back salesman still didn’t have price.
Third time Abdul was i

Third time Abdul was involved. I asked him to drop monthly payment he told me okay. NEVER telling me the extra money would go into down payment. NEVER telling me taxes and fees were not included.Never got final price.
After all was done Abdul got me some money back. Still paying more than last lease which I received from another Hyundai dealer. Much less four visits. Last visit five hours with an appointment.
I have leased my last three cars. I never went through all these encounters for a car.
I was alone and a widow this whole process.
This was a lease not service.
