plenty of promises but that can’t deliver. I accepted a new Pallisade with a scratch & the bumper cover and a ding on front quarter panel which were to be repaired quickly. Two times I dropped off the vehicle and work still hasn’t been done. First occasion was repair person didn’t have the correct paint. Oddly enough this was scheduled several days in advance. Picked up my car this morning expecting it to be finished, which it wasn’t. No call was made to update of this last night. More
