Service at this location has always met or exceeded my service expectations. Samantha, my assigned service advisor, met me upon arrival, reconfirmed the requested service and kept me informed while I wa service expectations. While the dealership was very clean and inviting, the personnel left something to be desired. From a lack of what would've been helpful information, (i.e. for deposits larger than $5,000, only a perso personnel left something to be desired. From a lack of what would've been helpful information, (i.e. for deposits larger than $5,000, only a personal check is allowed), to an incredible amount of wasted time waiting to finalize the deal (I was the only customer (out of three total on location) who was ready to buy, I found the customer service (from finance managers on down) at this dealership to be substandard at best. I expected a much different experience from a Lithia acquisition. More
