We had an appointment with M. Platt and were never offered a seat at his desk - only told to wait in the lobby the entire time while he worked with another customer. The contract to buy the car was given to us in the lobby and we also did not see him after the new car was driven out of the dealership for us to leave. In addition, we did not get our second set of keys at the dealership and it took 3 weeks to receive them in the mail. More
