I won't be rushing back to this dealership. I think I bought a decent vehicle but the experience was lousy. I was a cash buyer and after agreeing to a price I was still at the dealership for a I think I bought a decent vehicle but the experience was lousy. I was a cash buyer and after agreeing to a price I was still at the dealership for another 2 hours before everything was in order for me to leave. When it was finally time to take the vehicle I was only given one key and key fob. I questioned this, saying it's important to me to have a second key. Well they only have one, parts can probably cut another key for me....at my expense of course. At one point, during the activation process of an OnStar trial, the salesman was watching tiktok videos instead of focusing on the task in process. Another learning experience for me and another example of why the car buying process is no fun for most of us. More

I’m always skeptical about dealerships. But Robert Brogden’s came through! They have earned my repeat business. I bought a 2015 Yukon from them. It had an issue with the driver assis But Robert Brogden’s came through! They have earned my repeat business. I bought a 2015 Yukon from them. It had an issue with the driver assist seat option. Also when we left we found that the rear entertainment didn’t work. I called them and they said they would have their service department look at it. They replaced the entertainment center and fixed the seat at absolutely no charge. Thanks Robert Brogden’s!!! I’ll be back!!! More
